About Me

I graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 2003 with a BA Hons Degree in Illustration (First). Since then, I have worked in various jobs, part and full-time while keeping up with my artwork which has grown into an obsession (see Thingies). I work primarily in acrylic paints but also like to use pen and ink, watercolour and a graphics tablet.

I worked in a comic book shop for 3 and a bit years where I got into the British Small Press Comic Scene. I write and draw my own self-published comic called Guide Dog Detective which has gone on to win a lot of fans whom I keep letting down by not getting another issue out. I will also be appearing in Jamie Smart's Fat Chunk anthology, published by Slave Labor Graphics.

I like to think my style is quirky and user-friendly and I try to create things that everyone can enjoy. My imagination is fueled by comics, books, films, toys, cartoons and video-games to mention a few.

My work can be viewed and/or bought in Vault 13; an independent art gallery in Bristol.
